  • What is Teaching Mat
According to USGA statistics, golf equipment has advanced significantly over the past 20 years with advanced materials and expensive equipment systems that analyze swings using tracers and simulators but the visual effects were only obtained and the average handicap only decreased by -2.6, which means that there was no gain in actual golf practice.

Since it is realistically impossible to make the same swing motion every time without any standards and targets, Teaching Mat was developed with a focus on practicing more effectively and checking shots instead of spending time on the hitting mat.

The Teaching Mat can be used for a variety of purposes from beginner level to low handicap golfer and is used in many driving ranges, golf academies, PGA Instructors, and first tee programs. Teaching Mat is a US and PCT (international patent) patent licensed product.

  • What is Down Blow Shot? And why is it Important?
First, the accuracy of the shot is high.
Second, the distance increases by at least 1-2 clubs.
Third, the accuracy of distance increases.
This can be said to be the most important part of the teaching mat. Why should you take a down blow shot?

Easy to understand down blow shot, put the ball on the ball mark of the down blow impact guidance device that induces swing, take a stance about one ball to the left of the ball position, then take away according to the slope guidance and shift your weight when coming down in the down swing.

If you practice going down and hitting the ball first without touching the slope guidance and then hitting the mat with the club head so that the club head follow the slop guidance, you will get down blow impact and correct fat shots and topping shots at the same time. What you need to be careful about at this time is that the wrist holding the club should not be scooped.
Many golfers have a hard time making a down blow impact shot and when they try to do it, they end up hitting a lot of back ground or topping shots.

  • Product Summary
    Feel of Real Grass
Hitting mats should have the feel of real grass as much as possible. On most hitting mats, a chunked shot can look good because the club bounces off the mat rather than digging into it, making it look much better than off-turf. Teaching Mat is made of rubber foam with a consistent feel and realistic grass interaction under the same conditions as ground hardness, taking advantage of the feel of real grass as much as possible.

    Impact Shock Absorption
The Teaching Mat makes the height of the grass longer and the rubber foam has the same condition as the ground hardness to absorb the shock from the impact and prevent wrist or elbow injuries.

    Durability
The Teaching MAT is made of 5/8” nylon grass, ¾” EVA synthetic foam, and 3/16” base hard rubber sheet (Model C only). It can be used for both indoor and outdoor use with UV protection. It has been tested for 350k physical hits and 3,000Lbs 7,000HR pressure, and it maintains elasticity and flatness without bending. It can be used immediately on green glass driving ranges such as grass fields and gravel fields without concrete floor construction. It is a product with excellent durability that does not change even in extreme temperatures from -30F to +140F.
